As Senior Program Manager, I managed Demand Response (DR) programs, including behavioral and connected device (Smart) programs, for residential, commercial, and industrial customers in 2023/24.

I was contract manager for existing agreements, and a major contributor to agreement renewals and negotiations of biomass contracts with independent power producers.

I was lead analyst for the renewal of a portfolio of biomass Energy Purchase Agreements (EPAs) between BC Hydro and industrial projects, worth millions in contractual commitments.

I contributed, representing the utlity and marketer, to regulatory processedings with British Columbia Utilities Commission, California Energy Commission, California Public Utilities Commission and Calfornia Air Resource Board, and responded to proceeding's information requests.

I developed and maintained a forecasting model to project BC Hydro's future electricity sales across the oil & gas, clean energy, chemical, and forestry sub-sectors. My forecasts informed regulatory proceedings, revenue projections, and physical transmission load scenarios.

I tracked and projected the clean energy transition, constructing an electrification scenario that estimated future GWh/MW sales based on government climate goals. I modeled fuel-switching trends and analyzed the adoption of alternative fuels, such as hydrogen, across residential, commercial, and industrial sectors.
